Data deletion
You control statement deletion and can request account data deletion from your account page.
Registered users can delete individual statements from upload history. Source PDFs are deleted automatically after successful processing. Deleting a statement removes any remaining private PDF file, deletes its derived transactions and reports, and marks the statement as deleted.
Account data deletion requests can be submitted from the account page. The current flow records a request for follow-up instead of immediately deleting the sign-in identity, so accidental account loss is avoided.
Free, Plus, and Pro account data follows the history window for the active plan unless you delete statements earlier.
Payment metadata, when present, is handled separately from private statement files and remains subject to provider retention, audit, and legal requirements.
